Safety and Training

At Capital Demolition, safety is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards on every project, ensuring the well-being of our team, clients, and communities. Through ongoing training, hazard assessments, and adherence to industry best practices, we ensure our staff is fully equipped to work safely and efficiently. Our proactive approach to safety helps minimize risks and ensures quality, reliable results on every job.

THE STRUCTURE OF SAFETY

  • Beginning with sorting through the best applicants that have been in the industry with knowledge of the day to day obstacles and hazards working on a project site. Each applicant is interviewed by the representative of Capital Demolitions that oversees managing those specific positions, background checked, and a past employment check is conducted.

  • Monthly, all foreman have a safety training review held at the office where we breakdown any foreseeable hazards or what they have encountered on their project site, how each task was dealt with safely, and documented on the daily reports that are turned in.

  • Each day there is a safety toolbox talk onsite that describes the differing tasks the crew will be conducting throughout the day, reviewing the possible hazards of those tasks and every crew member will sign off after completing the daily safety review before conducting any demolition stating that they fully understand the safe practices and what they should and should not do while performing the demolition.
